All orders are packaged and shipped from the USA.

Shipping time varies for each product but typically items are to be expected 3-10 business days after receiving notification of shipment depending on your location.

return & exchange policy
Due to hygiene issues and the custom nature of our products, we will consider exchanges only for hair bundles, closures, and frontals. Exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.
To process an exchange you must contact us at info@moexclusivehair.com within (3) days of receipt of your order (determined by your shipment tracking). You will be responsible for return shipping and a small restocking fee.
