FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHNAGES
    We do not offer refunds, once your order is placed we cannot issue any refunds due to the nature of the item. if you have any problems with your unit please contact us withing 72hrs to make adjustments. Anything after 72hrs is void. Custom units cannot be retunred/exchanged for refund due to customization.
  • SHIPPING
    We only ship Monday - Friday. 3 to 5 days of processing is needed before your order is shipped which takes 2-5day (within the United Sates) . For International orders please allow 7-10days. Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. All shipments will require a signature for delivery. Custom untis may take 2-3weeks to be recieved. Tracking information will be provided via email provided.
  • COMPLAINTS
    If you have a complaint about Mo.exclusivehair, please contact us via email on moexclusivehair@gmail.com and we aim to respond to you within 48hrs of reciept.
  • UNIT/HAIR CARE
    1. If worn often, your unit should be co-washed every other week. 2. Handle closures and frontals with care to avoid shedding and ripping the lace. 3. For colored units please use color treated shampoo and conditioner. 4. seal your hair with a heat protectant serum or spray prior to using any heating tools to minimize heat damage. 5. it is important to use dime sized amounts of product while trying to moisturize your hair.
  • LONGEVITY
    Our hair bundles can last you several years with proper care. Our lace products such as lace closures and frontals have lesser longevity due to the delicate nature of the lace the hair is attached to. Lace closures and frontals will need to be replaced every few months depending on how often they're worn and how often they're being manipulated.
